About ABL MANUFACTURING, OPC
A local Philippine manufacturer focused on practical, scalable emergency food solutions for institutional and public-sector use.
ABL MANUFACTURING, OPC produces FoodSecure PH — a ready-to-eat compressed biscuit developed specifically for Philippine disaster response conditions. Operating under GMP principles and Operating under GMP principles, the company is focused on building a reliable, locally produced emergency food supply for institutional and government procurement.
What we make
FoodSecure PH is a fortified compressed biscuit in the ready-to-eat food (RTEF) category. Each 120g meal serving delivers approximately 550 kcal and 22g of protein, fortified with Vitamin A, B1, B2, and Iron, sealed for a 2-year shelf life and eaten straight from the pack. It is built for one specific job: feeding people in the first 24 to 48 hours after a disaster, when gas, power, and clean water are unavailable and cooking is not an option.
Who we make it for
Our buyers are institutional rather than retail: Local Government Units and DRRMO offices building prepositioned stockpiles, social welfare and disaster risk reduction bodies, relief organisations running multi-site operations, uniformed services on field and humanitarian deployments, schools holding campus reserves, and hospitals and facilities maintaining business continuity supplies.
How we work with procurement teams
Institutional purchasing runs on documentation, not sales calls. We provide specification sheets, nutrition facts, FDA and compliance documents, and company profile materials in the form procurement committees and technical working groups need for evaluation — and we would rather send them early than late. Quantities are sized against your target population and coverage period, and pricing is quoted per requirement, since volume, delivery schedule, and destination all move it.
Faster supply-chain response through local production
Domestic manufacturing eliminates import lead times and reduces the risk of supply disruptions from global shipping bottlenecks or port delays — critical when disaster response timelines are measured in hours, not days.
Philippine-fit formulation and deployment context
FoodSecure PH was developed with Philippine disaster patterns, tropical storage conditions, and local logistics infrastructure in mind — not adapted from a foreign product designed for a different operating environment.
Reduced dependence on imported emergency rations
Local sourcing and production creates a more resilient national emergency food supply, less vulnerable to currency fluctuations, import restrictions, or international supply chain disruptions during active disaster events.
Supports local jobs and manufacturing capability
ABL MANUFACTURING builds Philippine institutional food production capacity, contributing to national supply chain resilience while generating local employment in the manufacturing sector.

Yes. FoodSecure PH is manufactured domestically, which removes import lead times and reduces exposure to shipping delays, customs clearance, and currency movement during active disaster response periods.
Why does local manufacturing matter for emergency food?
Disaster response timelines are measured in hours. Domestic production means replenishment does not depend on international shipping or port clearance, so stockpiles can be rebuilt between events rather than waiting on an import cycle.
